AICP | EDFP
Ryan Kilpatrick is a nationally recognized expert in aligning public interests with private capital to achieve transformative community outcomes. He has been instrumental in the creation of more than 6,500 housing units and over $1.6 billion in total development value—projects that demonstrate what becomes possible when public purpose and private investment move together.
His career spans local government, state agencies, philanthropic family offices, and private development—giving him firsthand understanding of how each sector thinks, what motivates them, and where collaboration breaks down. This perspective enables him to translate across institutional boundaries and identify the alignment opportunities others miss.
With credentials from the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) and the Economic Development Finance Professional (EDFP) designation, Ryan brings rare cross-sector fluency to the stage.
